By accessing and using IAMgreat (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Permission is granted to temporarily use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to resell or make commercial use of the App or its contents, or to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or otherwise exploit the App for any commercial purpose without our consent.
You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, audio, comments, and messages). By posting content, you grant IAMgreat a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the App as necessary to operate the service.
You are solely responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing, or that infringes the rights of others.
You can report posts, comments, rooms, or users that violate these Terms using the in-app reporting feature. Our moderation team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.
The App allows users to host and join live audio conversations. Be respectful of other participants. Hosts are expected to moderate their own rooms in line with these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.
The materials on IAMgreat are provided on an "as is" basis. IAMgreat makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall IAMgreat or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the App, even if IAMgreat or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
